Mr. Rajagopal P.V is a renowned Gandhian social worker and activist, whose life has been dedicated to advancing nonviolent struggles for justice, equality, and dignity. A disciple of Vinoba Bhave and influenced by the principles of Mahatma Gandhi, he has devoted decades to organizing marginalized communities, especially landless farmers, tribal groups, and rural poor, to demand their rights through peaceful means.

As the founder of Ekta Parishad, a mass movement for land and livelihood rights, Rajagopal led historic nonviolent marches such as the Janadesh (2007) and Jan Satyagraha (2012), which mobilized tens of thousands of people and brought global attention to issues of land reform and poverty eradication. His initiatives have emphasized constructive dialogue with governments and international bodies, combining grassroots mobilization with policy advocacy.

As co-founder of CESCI, he has provided vision and guidance to create a space for reflection, training, and peacebuilding. His leadership continues to inspire generations of youth, social workers, and activists committed to building a more just and nonviolent world.
