Peace Tourism

CESCI offers a unique opportunity to explore Indian culture and delve into social issues in the country. The CESCI Centre provides simple guest rooms and access to a variety of social projects, including women’s self-help groups, educational initiatives for rural children, medicinal plant projects, and reforestation efforts, etc.

We also offer a range of activities and cultural holidays, such as yoga classes, workshops on Ayurvedic medicine, visits to renowned temples, and introductions to Indian religions and local customs.

The CESCI Centre enables participants to gain insights into India’s culture and society while connecting with individuals involved in local social projects. We organize travel programs for both groups and individuals.

CESCI features clean, simple rooms with attached bathrooms, delicious South Indian vegetarian meals, and a dedicated staff.

Guests often have the opportunity to meet social activists staying at the centre who are eager to share their experiences. By staying at CESCI, guests contribute financially to various social projects in India.

The best times to visit southern India are from November to March and during the monsoon season in July and August.
