CESCI provides leadership training, peace education, and intercultural dialogue programs. Its workshops emphasize empathy, cooperation, and inclusiveness, fostering a culture where differences are resolved through understanding and dialogue rather than conflict.

Inspired by Gandhian ideals CESCI views education as a tool for social transformation. It imparts knowledge while building character and collective responsibility.
